Mr. Sandeep Aggarwal
Mr. Sandeep Aggarwal is a challenging real state developer in which he fully utilizes his experience in consulting, marketing and development. He is highly motivated, team-oriented management professional with more than a decade’s experience in real estate business. Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly identify problems and successfully implement solutions are his key role in the business. His ability to plan, direct, and manage designated projects ensures that objectives are accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities. He has a vast experience of 10 years in real estate and has worked with OMAXE for land acquisition all over INDIA and their construction.

Mr. Sanjeev Sangi
Mr. Sanjeev Sangi is a visionary entrepreneur in real estate with a dynamic and a practical approach in land acquisition. His relations with land owners and farmers differentiate him from others in the field of real estate. From a humble beginning as a small real state consultant, his vision, hard work and relations has given him an opportunity to start a full fledged real estate company of his own. He plays a major role in handling finance as debt equity and leaves no stone unturned for the success of the project.

Mr. Jayesh Bansal
He has designed dreams for many people across the country. Being an ace architect, his sense of spacing and optimum utilization of available resources has created many architectural marvels. Armed with a rich experience of 10 years, he has given shape to various commercial complexes, malls and housing projects. His vision and innovative designs have been trend-setters in the field of architecture and construction. His reputation as a designer is a stamp to his success. Working amidst brick and mortar, he is among a few who has been successful in enriching his intellect. He is a regular visiting faculty at Johnson & Nicholson Institute of Interiors, New Delhi sharing his expertise with budding designers. He has worked with renowned architect Sanjay Prakash who represented India on the world union of energy conscious architecture for two & half years on various projects related with solar passive architecture specially TERI (Tata Energy Research Institute), Gual Pahari, New Delhi. An alumnus of MNIT, he is committed to energy-conscious architecture, eco-friendly design, people’s participation in planning, music and production design. After wearing various hats including being the founder of the design firm Design Core, Mr. Bansal wants to take a plunge in the real estate entrepreneurship with a project which is close to his heart. An associate member of TIE (The Indus Entrepreneur), he has developed and groomed a large number of design professionals design and managers in the real estate spectrum. And now he is out on a mission to provide house for every one. His step in this field is bound to be a giant leap in the real estate industry.

Mr. Ankur Shah
An architect par excellence Ankur Shah is committed to restoration and conservation architecture, eco-friendly design, people’s participation in planning culture and infrastructure development. His area of practice and research over the last 9 years include heritage as well as modern architecture, revitalization of heritage buildings and converting them into museums, hotels etc, community-based design of common property, computer-aided design of various commercial complexes, malls and housing projects. Innovation has been on back of his hand ever since he entered the professional world. An alumnus of MNIT and NIC MAR, Pune, his professional journey with architect Jayesh Bansal has been a dream run. In his career spanning 9 years, he has been able to produce various architectural splendors and structures which are testimony to his fertile and creative brain. His association with world renowned architect Sanjay Kothari has added new dimensions to his expertise. Mr. Shah as a team with Jayesh Bansal has an impeccable record. The duo has specialized themselves into the field of institutes and is coming up with various schools of their own all over India in association with Witty International School, Mumbai. Recently they won IAD (Interiors & Architecture Designs) awards-2009 for best innovative commercial and Unique Residency Project at North Delhi.

Mr. Surendra Rajpurohit
Blue Earth is spearheaded by Mr. Surendra Rajpurohit who brings with him more than fifteen years of senior management experience in the development, growth and leadership of local, regional and national for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He established his consulting practice in 1999 to help organizations evaluate and improve their business strategy, financial and business operations. Prior to starting his consultancy, he has worked with leading media houses of the country- The Times of India Group & Rajasthan Patrika.
From media to real estate, Surendra Kumar has developed various oasis in the desert. His expertise lies in creating big brands out of virtually unknown entities. A management graduate with fellowship from IIM Ahmedabad, he makes it big when it comes to launching entities. Whether it’s launching of mega commercial venture World Trade Park on a prime location in Jaipur or establishing financial agency at Mumbai (www.expanza.in ) , his launches have stormed the city.
He has successfully handled financial planning and management functions, budget development, cash flow projections and resource allocation. He has authored policy and procedure manuals, developed job descriptions, and established performance standards. He has also managed several office renovations and relocations from conception through planning, budgeting and execution.

Mr. H. P. Saini
He started his career with marketing automobile products of Mahindra & Mahindra & Lucas India ltd. After a stint of 12 years, he became an entrepreneur and ventured in various real estate projects in Jaipur. In the course of his 8 years real estate career he has structured joint venture projects, managed large land exposures & fund raising. Adept in conceptualizing, underwriting & building the projects; H P Saini has been an integral part of EDEN Garden, Jaipur – A 250 Bigha project on Sikar Road and Kushi Marble City – 200 Bigha Township at Kishangarh. He is all set to establish new benchmarks of sales in the Real Estate industry of Rajasthan with 400 Bigha Pragati City at Kishangarh.
After the success of Pragati city, he has involved himself in underwriting & selling luxury villas & hi-rise apartments in Jaipur to fill the void and to capitalize on the huge potential of selling luxury living to people in Rajasthan. Mr. Harsh Bothra

Harsh is recognized for his multi-functioning and multi-tasking abilities, with experience in managing sales, finance, operations and other verticals. Harsh carries an extensive background & 10 years of experience in IT Software Sales to corporate clients, strategic vendors and Government bodies in India & overseas. At Blue Earth, Harsh is involved in Land & Project utilization strategies, concept feasibility, detailed design, engineering to construction and marketing that identify higher, better and more profitable uses for prospects & company.

Ms. Neha Hada
She is a qualified MBA & CS with four years of experience in project administration, accounts & operations across a niche spectrum of education & real estate industry verticals. Neha is instrumental in implementing administration systems procedures with proven ability to achieve discipline to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization. At Blue Earth, she is the project manager & controller of business operations supervising the launch, township development and Group housing activities across Jaipur.
