a. Cost charged by builder is really attractive, for me it is worth to say “Value For Money”. Hopefully no surprises will come later on.
b. As indicated by the builder with the up coming “Ring Road” near the site, the connectivity to key places in the cities (Airport etc) makes it special from others.
c. One special thing for which I would like to complement the management of AuricVilla is their humble attitude towards the customer. (Specially want to point out Ms. Neha, Pradeep & Akesh)
d. The architecture of the home/Villa looks to me very exciting, hopefully once come up will meet my expectations. (i.e. Structure,Material & Quality)
